In 2024, this transformation is expected to gain further traction with the development of agents which are Generative AI powered assistants that can be programmed to complete work flows by referring to rules, looking up private databases & documents & completing actions such as sending an email, scheduling a meeting, sending a meeting agenda, visualizing data based on natural language prompts, booking a hotel etc.
